Why RBC?

RBC continues to play a unique role in achieving its mission to assist individuals with disabilities whose conditions can be improved by the services offered at the Center. RBC has the experience, certified and dedicated staff, the best equipment, varied services, and the specialized team approach needed to help patients live pain-free.

How do I schedule an evaluation and what do I need to bring?

You can schedule an evaluation by calling our Admission Clerks at 956-722-2431. We need the referral for therapy, insurance card, and identification to set up an initial evaluation. You may send the documentation to 956-509-6173, ATTN: Admissions.

Does insurance cover my treatment?

Each insurance policy is different. Contact RBC's Admission Team at 956-722-2431 to confirm your therapy benefits.

What if I don’t have insurance?

If you don't have insurance, you can still receive treatment. Contact the Case Manager at 956-722-2431 to set up an appointment for a payment plan.

How many visits will I need?

The number of visits will depend on you and your diagnosis. After the evaluation, our therapists will review your recovery's objectives and goals.

How do I reschedule my appointment?

Contact the Rehab Scheduler at 956-722-2431 to reschedule your appointment. Keep in mind that the therapists' calendars are full, it can take a week or two to reschedule an evaluation.

What do I wear for the evaluation and treatments?

Dress comfortably and in a way that the therapist can evaluate you. For treatment sessions, comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and supportive sneakers.
