Mrs. Ruthe B. Cowl had a wonderful vision - to establish a space that offered a comprehensive program for individuals battling polio, to help them recover physically and emotionally. However, her compassion and vision went beyond just that. Today, her legacy has touched the lives of people with various physical conditions such as birth defects, strokes, brain injuries, amputations, emotional issues, and more - all of whom have found solace and a better quality of life through her efforts.
At the Ruthe B. Cowl Rehabilitation Center, our mission is to assist all individuals with disabilities whose conditions can be improved by the services offered.
